City Savings Bank Inc. (CitySavings) recently announced the appointment of Ana Aboitis-Delgado as Chairman of its Board of Directors.
Delgado, who simultaneously served as senior executive vice president, chief account officer and director of digital channels for Union Bank of the Philippines, expanded the lender’s digital customer base.
Lorenzo T. Ocampo was also named vice chairman and CEO of CitySavings, with Manuel G. Santiago, Jr. took over as president and chief operating officer of a savings bank.
Outgoing CitySavings Chairman, UnionBank’s Chief Technology and Operations Officer, and Chief Transformation Officer Henry R. Aguda has been named the new President and CEO of UnionDigital Bank Inc.
