NYPD looking for information on pride flag burning near Manhattan restaurant


The New York City Police Department (NYPD) has asked the public for information to help identify an arson suspect after a pride flag was lit outside a Manhattan restaurant in the early hours of Monday, February 20. The footage was released by a Manhattan City Council member. Eric Botcher. shows a suspect setting fire to a pride flag outside the Little Prince Restaurant on Prince Street. The NYPD said that at 1:35 am Monday, a white SUV drove up to the restaurant and an unidentified person approached the restaurant and set fire to the flag. A new flag was raised on Monday afternoon, according to local media reports.
