Former CDC chief: COVID-19 ‘more likely’ as result of lab leak


Dr. Robert Redfield, former director of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), said Wednesday (March 8) during a House Coronavirus Pandemic Subcommittee Hearing on “An Investigation into the Origins of COVID-19” that the deadly coronavirus was “more likely to have been the result of accidental leakage from the lab than the result of a natural side effect.”
